The Bridge to Bay Trail is the result of broad community lead partnership with project funding provided by: the twelve communities the trail transverses; The Ralph Wilson Jr. Foundation; St. Clair County Community Foundation; The Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan; and with support from St. Clair County Parks & Recreation Commission; and the Friends of the St. Clair River.
